Ponderosa Pines Golf Course is a Public 9 hole golf course  located in the Sacramento Mountains, less than 10 miles southeast of Cloudcroft, New Mexico on State Highway 130, also known as Cox Canyon Highway. 

Ponderosa Pines Golf Course first opened for play in 1979.

Par for the course is 34. From the back tees the course plays to 2,305 yards.s.The longest hole on the course is the par-4 380 yards number 2. The shortest hole on the course is the par-3  140 yard number 3.

Watch out for number 2 a par-4 380 yard challenge. This is the #1 handicap hole on the course. The par-4 270 yard number 5 is considered to be the easiest hole on the course.

Sitting at 8,000 feet, Ponderosa Pines is idel for summer golf. The temperature is almost always in the 70's, rearely climbing to the 80's.
